This is the biography of the author of this site, Mr. Santosh Karkhanis - The Business Transformation Strategist.

Mr. Karkhanis is consulting independently to various companies and helping them to plan and execute strategies.

Prior to that he was working for a few years as 'Vice President (IT-SAP)' for Reliance Infrastructure Ltd. - The biggest private sector Power Utility and Infrastructure organization in India.

He was a senior SAP R/3 free lance consultant, consulting worldwide for many years & helping Senior Management to get maximum benefit of SAP implementation. He has implemented SAP in USA, UK, Australia, China, South Korea, India etc. with big consulting firms like IBM USA, PWC USA, SAP America etc. for big Multinational clients in various industries. 

He is expert in using 'Theory of Constraints - The Logical Thinking Process' developed by Mr. Goldratt  and Mr. William Dettmer to give simple solution to apparently complex problem.
